Amy  C  Beyer 

Amy is passionate about creating  beauty in life, in all spheres of life, and in particular starting with marriage.  

She believes beauty starts with thriving marriages grounded in the truth of  faith.   She specializes in supporting executive couples build fulfilling marriages, beyond what each story a couple holds together and individually

Amy was raised in Oakland County, Michigan in a family of  

multi-generational business leaders. Whether she observed her parent's

and grandparent's leadership at a company event, in a church setting or around the

dinner table at home, she consistently saw the strength of their marriages impact

everyone around them.  That example of successful business leadership and

successful marriages inspired her to prioritize a thriving marriage through all

stages of life despite the demands of  businesses & executive leadership.

 ​She has partnered with her husband in building 4 successful businesses,

while raising their 2 adult children. She has lived  and worked across the

country and the world, from Philadelphia to India to Orange County.  In 28 years of marriage, she has tasted days of overflowing bliss and days that have cut deeply with unexpected despair.

​

Leadership is often lonely and has the potential to sabotage marriages. Amy understands first hand what it takes to go from a space of resentment, discouragement and burnout to a place of thriving. Amy also understands what it takes to overcome past trauma  - whether that is from childhood or adulthood - to take pain and turn it into beauty.  She has worked with many executive couples who struggle with overcoming past trauma to balance the demands of a being a successful leader and a successful lifelong partner.

​Amy intimately understands what it takes to not only thrive herself, but to see her husband thrive as well. ​She believes deeply that when love is the foundation, everyone thrives,and hope is always a breath away.
